A Second Public Hearing on the Hebron Town Budget and Warrant Articles for 2012 will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 7PM at the Hebron Community Hall.

The Town of Hebron Trustees of Trust Funds will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 2012
 at 5:00 p.m. in the upstairs meeting room of the Selectmen’s Office Building at 7 School Street.

                                 Newfound Area School District                        
Public Hearings on petitioned warrant articles will be held in each of the seven towns of the district.
 The Hearing for the Town of Hebron is scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 7 PM
at the upstairs Land Use Room of the Hebron Town Offices.

The Town  has recently been forwarded a letter from the State of New Hampshire in response to concerns about the condition of NH Route 3A in Hebron and cost of repairs.

Town of Bristol Station 2012 stickers are now available at the Selectmen’s Office.  You may pick up the stickers between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon Monday through Friday.  If you are unable to pick up the stickers, you may send a self-addressed stamped envelope to
 Town of Hebron, PO Box 188, Hebron, NH 03241.

The Bristol Transfer station has announced new hours effective December 7, 2011.  The new Wednesday hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  The Bristol Selectmen have determined that there is not at present sufficient lighting in all areas to operate it safely after 4:00 PM during the winter.  They will review lighting requirements at the Station and at some future date, additional evening hours may be added once sufficient lighting is in place.

Monday and Saturday hours are unchanged-- open 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM both days.

HEBRON RECYCLES!  Bestway has reported that 41% of the trash picked up weekly is recycles.  Thanks to our residents for your efforts to preserve our environment!

The fees for  snow plowing  for the 2011-2012 season are the same as last year.  If the Town plowed your road last year, you should have received your letter by now.  Payments were due by November 7.  If you have not used this service in the past and would like to sign up, or if you wish to discontinue this service, please e-mail hebronnh@metrocast.net or call the Selectmen’s Office (603-744-2631) during regular business hours.

HEBRON REFUSE
The Town of Hebron is no longer participating in the Hebron-Bridgewater Refuse District.
 The Town of Hebron now offers curbside pickup or y
ou may utilize the Town of Bristol’s Transfer Station.  To sign up for the new services available, please contact the Selectmen’s Office during scheduled office hours or you may contact the office via e-mail at hebronnh@metrocast.net.  In the e-mail please include the property owner’s name, the physical address of the property, choice of service (Bestway or Town of Bristol or both), phone contact information, and an e-mail address.  The Selectmen’s Office will add you to the sign-up list.  Updates will be posted on the town’s website.

Bestway Disposal curbside pick-up service:  refuse containers will be emptied every Monday (unless noted as a Holiday).  Containers must be by the edge of the road by 7:00 a.m.
