Paperless Notification of Tax Bills

The Tax Collector's office is pleased to offer an exciting free optional service to property owners – Electronic Tax Bill Notification. Stop receiving your annual property tax bills through the mail. Go paperless today and enable the Town to reduce paper usage and postage costs. The Electronic Tax Bill Registration form can be downloaded in the Additional Links section found below.

The town currently has four payment options available for both paper and paperless property tax bill customers:

  • Cash and check payments are accepted at the Tax Collector's Office.
  • Checks by mail. To expedite your payment processing, please include the payment stub with your payment and/or write on your check the address and the Map and Lot of the property.
  • Check payments (only) may be deposited in the drop-box located under the glass bulletin board at TAX Office.
  • On-Line, ACH Transactions at the Tax Kiosk; Click Here for Tax Kiosk.

For ACH transactions on the tax kiosk a $.95 convenience fee charged by Invoice Cloud will be added to you total tax bill at check out. Credit card payments are not currently accepted.

  • 1st Issue 2015 Tax Bills have been mailed

    Property Tax Bills have been mailed. The due date is July 1. Tax Collector’s Office Hours Tuesday 9:00-Noon and Wednesday 8:30-11:30 AM EXTENDED HOURS Saturday May 30 and June 13: 9:00-11:00 AM Monday June 29: 9:00-11:00 AM Call the tax collector at (603) 744-9994 for questions on your tax bill. Call the Select Board's office at (603) 744-2631 for questions on property assessments and to obtain copies of tax cards. Address change and paperless tax bill forms are available under the Resources menu then select Forms and Applications.


  • State of NH Low and Moderate Income Tax Form Available

    The NH Department of Revenue Administration has published the Low and Moderate Income Homeowners Property Tax Relief form (Form DP-8).
